📋 How To Make a Return
- Step 1 — Contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for your return
- Step 2 — Include photos of the item if it is damaged or faulty
- Step 3 — Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- Step 4 — If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address
- Step 5 — Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed
💰 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
🔁 Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange rather than a refund, let us know when you contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is for another reason (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major failure you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
